Job Title: Parts Manager

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for leading the Parts Department and driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of parts sales and service professionals to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a parts department, with a strong background in sales and service.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
