We are seeking a Mold Abatement Technician to make a significant impact by addressing customer needs related to water and mold restoration projects. This role involves the effective abatement and removal of mold-affected materials, including drywall, flooring, and other structures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct basic demolition of drywall, flooring, and other structures impacted by mold and water damage
  • Execute thorough disinfecting and cleaning of properties affected by water or mold
  • Ensure the job site is left clean and organized
  • Maintain open communication with customers, management, and fellow technicians

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with general construction and demolition tools
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation to and from the workplace

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights, as well as in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Capacity to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals
