Job Summary

About the Role

This is a non-exempt position that reports directly to the Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and take orders accurately and efficiently, providing information about menu items and making recommendations when appropriate.
  • Operate cash registers and handle customer payments, following all HMSHost cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Clean and maintain the snack bar area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving and stocking supplies, and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation and timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
  • Able to lift/push objects weighing over 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Cash handling experience preferred, but not required.
