Business Development Representative

Cameron Titlow - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
This position offers a unique chance to experience working in an agent's office and explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself.
Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $60,000 per year, plus commission/bonus opportunities.

Requirements:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, not required.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Proactive in problem solving.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Associate's degree or higher preferred, not required.
