Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Program Manager to lead key programs and projects that drive supplier marketing and advertising revenue growth at Whole Foods Market (WFM).

This role will be responsible for partnering with WFM brands to strategize their marketing investments across our omni-channel portfolio of shopper marketing and advertising opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with brands and present strategic omni-channel opportunities and articulate the value programs provide.
  • Act as supplier POC for assigned categories and lead strategic planning for a specific subset of suppliers.
  • Use data-driven learnings and customer insights to recommend and implement evolving product and business strategies that drive mutually beneficial outcomes for Whole Foods, suppliers, and customers.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics and Consumer Insights to improve supplier facing reporting and develop internal program level reporting and benchmarking.
  • Study program performance and craft value statements to convey ROI/KPIs of supplier marketing and advertising programs.
  • Develop and execute internal quarterly campaign performance share-outs, socializing program successes and opportunities to merchant audiences.
  • Partner with Amazon Advertising teams to be voice of WFM and supplier in development of campaign KPI insights and messaging.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree and 4-6+ years of experience in shopper marketing, retail media, or other relevant roles at an established retailer, CPG company, or media organization.
  • Strong business acumen and a proven track record delivering business results through high impact marketing programs.
  • Highly analytical with a demonstrated ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable strategies, plans, and objective insights to inform future planning.
  • Flexibility and initiative to identify operational gaps and drive improvements, even outside of core responsibilities.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders across priorities, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in B2B and B2C communications with a keen eye for effective messaging.
  • Communicates written information in a clear, structured, and concise manner.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Genuine passion for Whole Foods Market, its core values and culture.
