Job Overview

ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Engineering Specialist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for leading civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Prepare and review engineering documents, including proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D, ICPR, SedCAD, Hydraflow Hydrographs, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
