Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with facility equipment and systems
• Supervise and coordinate installations and repairs of equipment and facilities
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize performance
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to obtain competitive quotes and ensure quality workmanship
• Train and mentor production staff on the operation and maintenance of facility equipment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
