Renovation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Technician to join our team at Twin Lakes Community. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and equipment of our campus, performing a variety of tasks including carpentry, construction, plumbing, electrical, and general preventative maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain grounds and buildings, performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of buildings and grounds.
- Responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups, and coordinating large painting projects.
- Install carpet in offices, homes, and buildings, measuring and prepping rooms for installation.
Requirements:
- Two year technical degree in HVAC or electrical maintenance preferred.
- Experience with small engine repair preferred.
- Able to read, write, and speak English in a cogent and professional manner.
- Able to organize, prioritize, and manage time, multiple tasks, and projects.
Working Environment:
- May be required to adjust scheduled time or work beyond normal hours for planned activities and emergencies.
- Operates in a professional office environment, routinely using standard office equipment.
