Compensation Strategies Director

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategies Director to join our Talent & Culture organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the compensation strategy, design, and payout process for our Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the compensation strategy and design process for the Business Development organization
  • Liaise with Business Development leaders to design sales plans that meet business needs
  • Analyze market compensation survey results and advise on competitive position, market trends, and insights
  • Develop year-end compensation salary increase guidelines and analyze budget versus spend
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to project variable compensation and determine accruals
  • Work with HR Business Advisors to benchmark roles, advise on job description development, and assess competitive pay levels
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of recent, broad-based compensation experience with a focus on sales compensation design
  • Experience in consulting/services industry a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Microsoft Office applications proficiency, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytic aptitude and ability to communicate insights drawn from data
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
