Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bellman to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, providing assistance with luggage and other needs.
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, as well as assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles.
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed, recording advance transportation requests as necessary.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as stand for extended periods of time.
