We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bellman to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, providing assistance with luggage and other needs.
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
- Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and other amenities.
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, as well as assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles.
- Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed, recording advance transportation requests as necessary.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as stand for extended periods of time.
