Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bellman to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Assist guests with luggage, providing a convenient and efficient service.
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, helping them to make the most of their stay.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage.
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation as needed, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional guest service in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move luggage and other items as needed.
