Job Summary

As a Bellman at Marriott, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Your role will involve greeting and escorting guests to their rooms, opening doors, and assisting with luggage storage and retrieval. You will also be responsible for communicating property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as providing directions and arranging transportation for guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
  • Provide directions and arrange transportation for guests as needed.
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, ensuring that guests' belongings are safe and secure.

Requirements

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
No related work experience required.

License or Certification:
None required.
