We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at TwelveStone Health Partners in Lexington, KY.

This part-time position is responsible for delivering infusion therapy to patients suffering from chronic diseases and acute medical illnesses.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree from an accredited nursing school and current board certification to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the states of practice, or a degree from an accredited Physician Assistant school with an active license in the states of practice.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician assistant is required, including experience with electronic medical records, typing and computing.

The selected candidate will be responsible for administering IV infusion therapy, performing physical assessments, providing screenings, interventions, and counseling, and collaborating with our Medical Director and supporting clinical staff.

Additionally, the candidate will be expected to manage patients and their well-being, provide vaccinations and patient education, and maintain accurate electronic medical records.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited nursing school and current board certification to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the states of practice, or degree from an accredited Physician Assistant school with an active license in the states of practice
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician assistant
  • Experience with electronic medical records, typing and computing
  • Valid BLS/ACLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Infusion nursing non-oncologic and/or oncologic experience
  • Previous experience in ICU and/or Emergency Room as RN or NP
  • CRNI certification
