Project Management Expert in Architecture

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Expert in Architecture to join our team at GRW Engineers, Inc. in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will oversee multiple projects from proposal to construction administration services, working closely with our architectural staff, mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural colleagues.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of professional experience in managing architectural projects in a consulting environment. You should hold a Professional Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program and be licensed in Kentucky or eligible for reciprocity. A LEED accredited professional certification is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage project resources, schedules, and budgets* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors* Oversee construction document preparation and administer construction contracts* Mentor and guide junior staff members* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements* Utilize technology such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Revit to enhance productivity and efficiency* Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals* Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and teamwork

Salary Range:$160,000 - $240,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
