The Leidos team is seeking a seasoned IT Integration Manager to drive the seamless integration of technology, people, and processes across all sites. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring interoperability between various systems, platforms, and processes within PPPO.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Integration Projects: Oversee planning and execution to ensure effective communication between software applications, hardware systems, and IT infrastructures.
  • Change Management: Guide teams through transformation processes by identifying stakeholders, assessing impact, providing relevant information at the right cadence, and monitoring implementation.
  • Integration Strategies: Develop and implement efficient data exchange architectures and platforms across different systems.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with IT, software development, and business units to gather integration requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Solution Deployment: Design, test, and deploy integration solutions, including APIs, middleware, and other connectivity tools, to connect disparate systems and enable data synchronization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Identify bottlenecks or issues in integrated systems and apply necessary adjustments for efficiency and reliability.
  • Environment Management: Ensure proper version control, configuration management, and compliance with data security and privacy standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of software development trends and project management methodologies. Experience in Federal Contracting and Department of Energy environments is highly valued.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 15 years of experience in IT or a related field and at least 10 years in IT project management, is essential for this position. Project Management Professional (PMP) and CompTIA A+ Certification are highly preferred.

Estimated Salary Range

$112,450.00 - $203,275.00
