Job Overview

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional architecture teams to gather technical information and create comprehensive documentation and training materials.
  2. Develop, review, and refine engineering guidelines specific to Outside Plant (OSP) fiber facilities.
  3. Publish well-structured and visually appealing documentation for internal and external audiences.
  4. Serve as an adjunct to the Head of OSP Planning, Engineering, and Permitting, providing valuable assistance and contributing to various projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role within the telecommunications industry, specifically in Outside Plant (OSP) Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Katapult, and Excel is desirable.
