Quality Control Manager: Drive Excellence and Growth

The Republic of Tea is seeking an experienced 'Quality Control Manager' to drive excellence and growth within our organization. In this critical role, you will oversee quality programs, manage customer complaints, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in Quality Control Management or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in Quality/Food Manufacturing, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this position. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality programs such as HACCP, internal auditing, third-party pest control, and more.
  • Develop and implement quality procedures to improve process control systems.
  • Utilize statistical analysis to evaluate and improve process control systems.
  • Provide support to customer service regarding customer questions and complaints.

Salary Information:

This role comes with a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
