Financial Regulatory Analyst

Newcourse Communications, a financial services and printing company in Nashville, TN, is seeking an experienced Financial Regulatory Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance guidelines.
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring daily updates from mortgage industry regulatory agencies and developing impactful regulatory updates for process changes. You will also work closely with clients to maintain their letter libraries and provide regulatory guidance as needed.
Required Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fundamental awareness of Microsoft Word and Excel
Main Responsibilities
• Develop client requested letters and maintain existing letters for their library
• Monitor daily updates from mortgage industry regulatory agencies and develop impactful regulatory updates for process changes
• Work closely with clients to maintain their letter libraries and provide regulatory guidance as needed
