About the Role:
As a Vocational Support Specialist with CASES, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders in achieving their employment goals. **Job Summary:**
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing vocational support and job development services to clients, including conducting client visits, networking with local employers, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive services.

**Salary and Benefits:**
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, vacation time, and paid holidays. We also offer a competitive retirement plan and employee referral program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent (GED or TASC). You must also have at least 6 months of personal or professional experience in human services. Additionally, you should be able to travel independently throughout the community and network with local employers.

About the Location:
This role is based in New York City and requires frequent travel throughout the city. Our office is easily accessible by public transportation, and we offer flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.
