Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Automotive Interior Repair Specialist to join our team in Chicago, IL. As an Interior Technician at Dent Wizard, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and earn uncapped commissions based on your performance.

As a key member of our team, you'll provide mobile repairs for auto dealerships, auction houses, and other customers at fixed sites or on routes. Your primary responsibility will be to restore the interior of vehicles to their original condition, ensuring a perfect finish and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair rips, tears, and burns on vehicle interiors
  • Mix dyes to match surfaces and remove stains
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients
  • Work independently and manage your day effectively
  • Participate in cross-training programs to develop new skills and increase earning potential

Requirements
  • Vision abilities, including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to interact with customers and build accounts
  • Toughness and grit to work outside in various weather conditions
  • Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
  • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and climb, as well as lift up to 15 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
Compensation and Benefits

The starting compensation for this position is expected to be $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefit package, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
