About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Automotive Body Repair Specialist at MB Collision Group. The selected candidate will be tasked with executing a variety of collision repair services, including complete collision repairs, paintless dent repairs, automotive painting, frame and structural repairs, glass replacement, wheel alignment, detailing services, and support with insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough disassembly and reassembly of all assigned vehicles
  • Repair all types of materials including metal, aluminum, plastic, and composites to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition, adhering to OEM guidelines and industry standards
  • Safeguard and/or cover interior components of customer vehicles as necessary
  • Ensure all tasks outlined in the repair plan are completed on the vehicle
  • Perform inspections and test drives as required
  • Carry out any other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • I-CAR / ASE certifications are preferred
  • Experience in collision repair, dent repair, painting, and structural repair
  • Familiarity with vehicle systems and components
  • Certifications in auto body repair or related fields
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Physical stamina and dexterity for manual tasks
