Overview

The Client Response Coordinator is responsible for managing assistance requests from clients and customers, effectively assigning personnel and teams to address these needs.

Compensation: $24.45 per hour

Basic Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.

No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.

No prior experience is necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

One (1) year of experience in multi-line reception or dispatching is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, colleagues, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.

• Schedule and dispatch resources, which may include team members, crews, equipment, or service vehicles, to appropriate locations based on customer requests and specifications, utilizing radios, telephones, and/or computers.

• Ensure the timely and efficient movement of resources according to work orders and schedules.

• Oversee all communications within designated areas.

• Receive or prepare work orders and schedules.

• Maintain accurate records of customer requests, services performed, inventory, and other dispatch information.

• Identify and address various issues encountered within the department and other work environments.

• Collaborate with clients and supervising personnel to resolve questions, problems, and resource requests.

• Monitor resource utilization to coordinate services and schedules for optimal efficiency.

• Compile statistics and reports on work progress.

• Monitor daily services and provide updates and reports.

• Adhere to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.

This position is ideal for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce with limited experience and education.
