Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our OR Renovation projects from purchase order through project completion. The successful candidate will work closely with the regional Program Manager to drive sales, planning, vendor management, and budgeting phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new build and renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive exceptional customer experiences and deliver key performance objectives.
  • Support quoting activity for OR Renovation leads within the region, under the guidance of the regional Program Manager.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Stryker and OR Renovation partners, including Sales, Customer Care, Third Party Vendors, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
  • Assist the regional Program Manager in delivering convincing presentations of Stryker solutions to customer stakeholders.
  • Manage project transitions between functional groups and project phases to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify renovation project scope, coordinate with Operations, Quality, Sales, Finance, and 3rd Party Vendors to identify goals, schedule, budget, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
  • Develop renovation project plans and phases in coordination with Regional Project Managers, IT Project Managers, Program Managers, and 3rd Party Vendors.
  • Provide pre-installation and construction requirement documentation to internal, external stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors.
  • Establish, modify, and monitor project and system workflow documentation.
  • Assign duties, monitor quality of work, and coordinate with installation management to ensure project team members conform to organizational and FDA policies and procedures.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance for project activities, actively promoting and recognizing project team performance.
  • Provide detailed and accurate weekly revenue forecasting updates to higher-level management.
Requirements

  • Preferred construction project management experience.
  • 4 years of related experience preferred.
  • B.B.A. or B.S. in business or related curriculum.

They must be able to routinely make decisions that affect immediate operations and may have a division-wide effect. They must be able to communicate with others in large groups and virtually. They must be able to drive an automobile.
