Key Responsibilities:
  • Event planning - managing coordination of resources, personnel, and budgets.
  • Oversee event staff to ensure compliance with safety standards and fulfillment of job responsibilities.
  • Train event personnel on the proper use and assembly of equipment such as staging platforms and large tents.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the events team and promotional staff.
  • Coordinate job responsibilities of team members during events.
  • Construct and dismantle various event structures and equipment.
  • Provide comprehensive recaps of events, including activations and staff performance evaluations.
  • Maintain and service equipment, as well as oversee cleanliness of the workspace and vehicles.
  • Enhance brand visibility by fostering interactions between the brand, consumers, and lifestyle, creating a vibrant brand image.
  • Ensure the event site is well-maintained during activations, including janitorial services and crowd management.
  • Safely manage loading and unloading of transport vehicles.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adapt to various working environments (warehouse, off-site, office) and weather conditions.
  • Collaborate effectively in team settings while also being capable of independent work.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five years of experience in event production, management, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand complex concepts and execute tasks decisively.
  • Strong planning, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs.
  • Flexibility and proficiency in multitasking.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Physical capability to participate in the construction and assembly of event structures.
