Monster Energy Event Technology Specialist

Monster Energy is seeking an experienced Event Technology Specialist to join our team. As an Event Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for the advanced setup and operation of event technology gear, including audio, video, and lighting systems. You will work closely with our Event Marketing Management team to provide technical support, track inventory, and ensure the smooth execution of all scheduled events.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in event AV applications and advanced skills in analog/digital audio, LED wall systems, video systems, lighting systems, and IT/networking gear. You will be required to obtain or have OSHA Forklift Certification and be proficient in OSHA Safety. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills, are essential for this role.
As an Event Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Setting up and operating audio, video, and lighting systems for events
- Managing and maintaining AV asset inventory
- Providing technical support for events
- Tracking inventory and ensuring equipment health
- Working with Event Managers to create technical activation plans
- Leading tradeshow and activation builds
- Event planning, coordination, and management of assets, personnel, and event budgets
Additionally, you will be required to be flexible, hard-working, and punctual, with a willingness to teach and be taught. You will also be responsible for maintaining a corporate appearance and residing in regional proximity to our Lebanon, TN Warehouse.
The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for event technology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements:
