Position Overview

ProCare Therapy is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Inclusive Education Specialist. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing educational atmosphere for students with unique learning requirements. You will work collaboratively with educators, families, and specialists to ensure that each student receives tailored support and resources to excel both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored for students with special needs.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and capabilities.
  • Employ a range of instructional strategies and technologies to facilitate engaging learning experiences.
  • Monitor student progress and modify instructional approaches as necessary.
  • Partner with general education teachers, counselors, and other professionals to enhance student learning and growth.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Valid Special Education Teaching License or eligibility for certification.
  • Experience working with students with a variety of learning challenges and disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development and execution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive tools.
  • Understanding of behavior management techniques and positive behavior support strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Interview Process
  • Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter.
  • Follow-up 20-30 minute virtual or in-person interview with the school district.
  • Offers are typically made within 24 hours following the virtual interview.

As a ProCare employee, you will receive weekly payments via direct deposit, with your hourly rate determined by your experience and educational background.
