We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a key member of our executive management team, you will be responsible for leading our finance department and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the finance team in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
  • Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and compliance
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, lawyers, and accountants
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive financial management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a healthcare setting
  • CPA designation preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive strategic growth and profitability

Salary Range: $200,000-$250,000
