Position Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Centric Brands, you will have the thrilling opportunity to leave your creative imprint on some of the most iconic fashion brands globally. Your role will involve utilizing your artistic skills and innovative mindset to develop designs that align with style directives, market demands, and emerging trends. You will collaborate closely with our technical design and production teams, as well as engage with external vendors and stakeholders, ensuring that your creative vision is realized in a timely and cost-effective manner. The challenges you will face are stimulating, and the potential for impact is vast as you contribute to a vibrant, customer-focused culture that values your contributions as an essential team member.

Key Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will engage in a diverse range of projects across web, social media, digital, and print platforms. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Art Director to maintain and enhance brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Ensuring all projects meet established requirements, including dimensions, file formats, image quality, and content specifications.
  • Creating compelling designs that guide the visual narrative for product launches across various marketing channels, including websites, emails, social media, and print materials.
  • Developing concept presentations, brand books, and other essential brand materials.
  • Crafting identity and collateral for new brand initiatives.
  • Working with project managers, copywriters, merchandisers, and design teams to gather necessary information and timelines for each project.
  • Managing projects from concept through design to production while upholding brand standards.
  • Partnering with the Marketing team to conceptualize and elevate creative brand ideas and campaigns.
  • Exhibiting a strong command of typography, layout, and design across various visual styles.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a creative team environment.
  • Exhibiting flexibility and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects of varying complexities while adhering to deadlines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Bridge, and Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital and print asset creation from inception to completion.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of typography in digital contexts.
  • Awareness of competitor creative strategies and concepts.

Salary Range: $75,000-90,000
