Job Summary

US Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones, route calls, and screen callers, taking messages and providing routine information to callers in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Assist with patient services, including scheduling appointments, check-outs, sending documentation, and contacting stakeholders as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries and assist stakeholders according to established procedures.
  • Manage charts, including preparing, organizing, filing, retrieving, and archiving charts, and maintaining a detailed spreadsheet of charts for referral.
  • File and retrieve documents, including phone messages.
  • Schedule and provide administrative support for meetings, interviews, committees, conferences, and calendars, including travel and lodging arrangements and catering.
  • Oversee and order office supplies for the department.
  • Perform other duties and administrative support projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least one year of administrative experience in an office or clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and protocols.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic medical record software (Epic).
  • Basic proficiency with word processing software (Microsoft Word).
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to collect information and manage its contents.
