The Prevention ECMHC Support Partner plays a critical role in our organization, working closely with clients to develop personalized plans that address their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized service delivery plans for clients with complex needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders to identify and address barriers to care.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect, promoting diversity and equity in all aspects of our work.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with experience working in early childhood mental health or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Demonstrated experience in community outreach and engagement, with a focus on vulnerable populations.
Compensation and Benefits:
This full-time position comes with an estimated annual salary of $43,206, based on the hourly rate of $21.63, as well as access to a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
