At Adventist Health, we're seeking a skilled Certified Systems Analyst II to join our team in Sacramento, California.

This role will involve working with project and support teams to ensure the development, training, support, and evaluation of major computer applications.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience, with two to four years of HealthCare IT application/technical experience and two to four years of applicable Epic application experience.

Responsibilities will include maintaining moderately complex system software, evaluating user requests for special enhancements, and working with customers to gather specifications for the purchase, development, and installation of system software.

The successful candidate will also coordinate analysis of documentation and workflows in departments, design/redesign system components to support appropriate workflows, and assist in analyzing existing methods and developing alternatives to increase operations and production efficiency.

Additionally, the Certified Systems Analyst II will develop and follow project work plans, lead project meetings, and work cooperatively with team members to coordinate assigned duties with the overall program and related projects.

Other key responsibilities will include researching, documenting, and facilitating resolution to issues reported by end-users, testing system software per checklist guidelines, and collaborating with technical teams to define hardware/network requirements and to research and problem-solve technical issues.

The successful candidate will also present training to a variety of audiences, periodically assess how users are progressing with their use of system applications, and assist with optimization training to further develop user proficiency, efficiency, and satisfaction.

As a key member of our team, the Certified Systems Analyst II will be responsible for ongoing on-call duties for one or more applications, troubleshoot and resolve system issues escalated by the Help Desk, and travel on site to provide support during go-live events and other work-related occasions.
