We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the emergency department.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in emergency services.
- Current National Certification in area of specialty.
