About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Andrew Wommack Ministries. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for assisting in the administration, research, and tracking of digital marketing projects, as well as maintaining social media presence and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with other departments and third-party vendors to acquire content and enforce deadlines.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as organizing team meetings, creating reports, building tracking links, and analyzing data.
  • Archive digital content files for easy access by team members.
  • Maintain and update the HubSpot platform, ensuring quality assurance and efficiency.
  • Analyze current processes and make recommendations to improve departmental efficiency.
  • Assist with content creation and text for social media, emails, and other miscellaneous uses.
  • Coordinate with ministry stakeholders and offer recommendations based on department best practices and SOPs.
  • Create standard operating procedures for vital tasks within the department.
  • Ensure digital marketing campaign follow-up deliverables are completed and distributed.
  • Manage and monitor digital ads on various platforms.
Requirements
  • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Must sign the Statement of Faith.
  • Minimum Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Charis Bible College student or graduate preferred.
  • Must pass all required checks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional work environment.
  • Working knowledge of software programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Sage Accounting, and Smartsheet.
  • Customer service and/or ministry experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a team and/or digital work environment preferred.
