**Key Responsibilities**
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with the District Controller on all financial matters pertaining to the West division, which generates approximately $55 million in annual sales.
• Ensure the precise and timely creation and submission of all sales invoices while overseeing the collection of accounts receivable.
• Monitor regional expenditures through the Purchase Order process, including the review and approval of all accounts payable.
• Prepare month-end sales and expense accruals as part of the monthly closing process.
• Review weekly cost analysis reports and payroll for accuracy.
• Reconcile accounts receivable payments from vendors to ensure proper cash application.
• Generate all weekly and monthly operational reports for distribution and review with management.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed monthly financial forecasts.
• Travel to various locations to assess operations and review operational reports with local management.
• Collaborate with the Controller to maintain and review all general ledger accounts and month-end accruals.
• Aid in the preparation of monthly system financial statements for review, providing explanations for changes in revenue and expense accounts.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Ability to create effective and efficient reports and correspondence.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Hybrid position requiring at least 2 days in the office per week.
• Flexible team player, willing to travel as necessary.
**Language Skills**
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Proficient in writing correspondence and effectively presenting information in one-on-one and group settings.
**Reasoning Ability**
Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions. Capable of analyzing and addressing problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
**Working Conditions**
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines. Regular and extended hours may be required, particularly during peak seasons. Work is performed in an office setting.
