Job Title: Lead Financial Analyst

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services company, is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in defending against cyber threat actors that target the United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide data for analytical support of contracts and develop financial trend analyses.
  • Assist in execution activities, such as organizing and tracking contract invoices and deliverables, monitoring burn rates, and analysis of advance liquidations.
  • Develop and review project-level budgets and spend plans.
  • Identify, develop, review, and reconcile budget and financial data sets, providing updates and maintaining data sets to assist in decision making.
  • Assist with data entry and tracking expenditure of funds.
  • Prepare and process funding documents, analyze variances, and report.
  • Closeout tasks and provide support with all required organization and program financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain tools and databases.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of budget formulation experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of DHS Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) experience.
  • Prior experience leading other financial staff.
  • Possess a Secret government clearance.
  • Ability to report onsite to the client's Washington, DC location, Monday-Friday.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English.
