Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Liberty Dialysis - Dimond in Anchorage, AK.

Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of this position include providing direct and indirect nursing care to a primarily adult/geriatric ESRD patient population. The successful candidate will utilize the nursing process to assess individual patient needs, determine and implement a plan of care, and evaluate and revise the plan as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement patient education plans to promote self-care and independence.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice in the State of Alaska.
  • Leadership ability and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong commitment to quality patient care and customer service.
