Responsibilities
The Community Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the onsite team to success.
- Overseeing all site operations, including property maintenance and repairs.
- Supervising a small team of individuals.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Managing employee leadership and performance.
- Handling property emergencies and incidents.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of five years' experience in property/maintenance management or a related field.
- An Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) or Certified Manager of Housing (CMH) certification.
- A valid NYS Notary License, which must be obtained within six months of hire.
- Knowledge of Tenant Rental Certification System (TRACS).
