About Our Community

Our multifamily apartment community in Canadaigua offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned Property Manager to lead a team of professionals and provide exceptional customer service to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Community Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the community, including managing staff and maintaining records
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train maintenance staff, including Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors
  • Resident Services: Assist residents with questions and complaints, providing prompt and effective resolution
  • Marketing Outreach: Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain existing ones

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus a benefits package and a Monday-to-Friday schedule with flexible hours. If you have a strong background in property management and excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
