Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in a dynamic and growing healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement patient food services strategies to meet the needs of our patients and their families.
  • Lead and manage a team of patient service staff to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that patient food services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in food service technology/management or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service management in an acute care setting.
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
