The Tremont Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental Services Manager to join our team. As a leader in the long-term care industry operating in 6 different states, we strive to provide the highest quality care to our residents and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental services, with a focus on maintaining a clean, well-maintained, and homelike environment.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description: The primary purpose of this role is to provide a clean, well-maintained, and homelike environment and quality laundry services through directing the overall operations of the department. This includes following all health, sanitary, and infection control policies, as well as maintaining established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Housekeeping and Laundry Policies and Procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the Senior Environmental Services Manager must have:

  • A high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
