Skilled Nursing Professional

As a Registered Nurse with Avamere Skilled Nursing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. This includes implementing and maintaining established nursing practice objectives and standards, providing direct patient care to residents, and supervising the day-to-day nursing and caregiving activities performed by CNAs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident.
- Administer medications and review medication cards for completeness and accuracy.
- Supervise and train nursing assistants and other staff members as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in a skilled nursing setting.
- Paid time off/sick leave (rolls over annually)

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
