Job Title: Skilled Nursing Caregiver

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The Pearl at Kruse Way in Lake Oswego, OR.

Job Summary:

As a skilled nursing caregiver, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to residents, implementing and maintaining established nursing practice objectives and standards, and coordinating with nursing staff and support personnel daily to plan shift services, programs, and activities.

About the Job:

This is a part-time or full-time position, working 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You will be required to chart nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident and resident's response to care.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN in this state.
  • Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
  • Effective communication, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Customer service skills/experience required.
  • Knowledge of reimbursement programs, Medicare and Medicaid preferred.
Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
