Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Avamere Health Services. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
About the RoleThis is a part-time position working on Saturdays and Sundays, with flexible shift options between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, or 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You will be based at The Pearl at Kruse Way in Lake Oswego, OR, and will enjoy a generous compensation package that includes:

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining established nursing practice objectives and standards, providing direct patient care to residents, completing required recordkeeping, coordinating with nursing staff and support personnel daily, preparing and administering medications, reviewing patient care plans, supervising CNAs, charting nurses' notes, participating in facility surveys, and maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN or LPN in this state, knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities, experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems, effective communication, organization, and prioritization skills, customer service skills/experience, knowledge of reimbursement programs, Medicare, and Medicaid (preferred), CPR/BSL certification, and Food Handlers certification.
