Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer appointments to enhance their service experience.

  • Protect dealership assets and maintain customer confidentiality.
  • Exhibit extensive product knowledge to assist customers with service maintenance and warranty inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Complete all required training through the company training portal.
  • Adhere to a consistent and reliable work schedule.
  • Uphold ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to reinforce the Foundation Automotive brand.
  • Perform all duties safely and responsibly.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proven sales ability meeting dealership standards.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Successful completion of pre-employment assessments
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
