The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled People Partner to support our regional hospitals. As a key member of our HR team, you will partner with regional and local leaders to drive org-wide initiatives and solve day-to-day challenges. You will meet with VEGgies to hear about their experience and help us improve our processes.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with regional People, Operations, Nursing, and Medical Directors to execute a regional people strategy.
- Travel to hospitals weekly to maintain a constant People Team presence and build relationships with VEGgies and leaders.
- Guide, train, and direct local leaders on HR policies and processes.
- Assist hospital teams with onboarding and troubleshoot payroll/time clock and benefits issues.
- Support annual HR processes, including talent reviews, engagement surveys, and performance planning.
- Partner with regional teams to identify performance concerns and offer solutions.
- Provide coaching and consultation to regional and local leaders.
- Enhance field leadership effectiveness and capabilities.
- Support and lead survey processes and respond to employee questions and concerns.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive human resources experience with HR Generalist focus.
- Record of success in driving HR policies and practices to achieve positive organizational change.
- Demonstrated HR acumen with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience managing complex employee relations issues and facilitating difficult conversations.
- Competitive pay range: $100k - $140k.
