Job Summary

Core Group Resources, a leading recruitment company, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business in the established geographical territory of Southwest Texas. The ideal candidate will build relationships through in-person sales calls to manufacturing facilities, warehouses, engineering firms, and other critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop technical knowledge and skills to present and sell ventilation products and engineered solutions.
  • Develop industry expertise in regulatory standards and certification classifications.
  • Collaborate with in-house design and estimating teams to ensure customer proposals are detailed and accurate.
  • Provide professional presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Work with management to develop forecasts and business plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
  • 5 years of professional sales experience (ventilation or HVAC a plus, but not required).
  • Technical aptitude to work with engineers and designers.
  • Ability to present to C-Suite personnel and engineers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to manage business in all corners of the Southwest Texas territory.
