Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and asset management.
  • Financial Analysis: Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to appraise operating results, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and implement planning and control procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and furnish internal and external reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Perform and be responsible for plant physical inventory twice a year.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Proven experience in cost accounting, financial reporting, and budget management; strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations; proficient in accounting software and ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.

A competitive salary of $100,000-$115,000 depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
