**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized Contract Administration Specialist to join our team at Next Day Plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the setup and execution of copier/printer contracts, associated billing, and ongoing contract management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience with DocuSign and other contract management software.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the creation and execution of copier/printer contracts
  • Oversee associated billing and ensure timely payment
  • Coordinate with sales blanket agreement (SBA) and service contract management
  • Monitor and manage new device installations and auto supply replenishment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to major account clients

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in DocuSign and other contract management software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

**Benefits:**
