Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the proper person.
  • Visitor Security: Ensure visitor security procedures are followed, sign/log all visitors, and issue visitor/contractor badges.
  • Telephone Support: Respond to and screen incoming telephone calls from customers, vendors, and other parties, and direct callers to appropriate personnel or provide information on request.
  • Supply Chain Support: Assist with purchasing of items and supplies, and direct callers to the appropriate department personnel.
  • Mail and Document Management: Organize and distribute daily incoming/outgoing mail for staff, prepare interoffice mailers, and maintain a database for in-house and online cataloging and labeling.
  • Data Entry and Scanning: Perform data entry and scanning of records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative needs of HR, including filing, assembly of documents, typing correspondence, spreadsheets, and other tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Communication: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Presentation: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to solve problems.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP knowledge.
